Residential Cleaning
Professional residential cleaning designed to give your home a detailed reset and keep it consistently maintained. 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡 All new recurring clients begin with an Initial Clean. This more detailed first visit addresses buildup and areas requiring extra attention, creating a clean foundation for ongoing maintenance. $110/hour + HST for two cleaners Each additional cleaner: $55/hour + HST 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 Available weekly, bi weekly or monthly following your Initial Clean. Includes: Dusting surfaces, furniture, fixtures and accessible areas Kitchen counters, sinks, stovetop and appliance exteriors Inside and outside of microwave Cupboard exteriors Full bathroom cleaning and sanitizing Vacuuming carpets, rugs and upholstered surfaces Mopping hard floors High touch surface sanitizing Cobweb removal Bathroom garbage removal General tidying of common areas $100/hour + HST for two cleaners Each additional cleaner: $50/hour + HST 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗨𝗠𝗦 Weekly & Bi Weekly $150 | Monthly $200 𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗗 𝗢𝗡𝗦 Interior windows, tracks and sills | Blind cleaning | Inside fridge or oven | Inside cupboards and drawers | Wall washing | Bedding laundry All cleaning supplies and high end equipment are provided. Commercial Cleaning
Reliable cleaning for offices, retail spaces, studios, common areas and other professional spaces. Available for recurring maintenance, detailed cleans and one time services. 𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 Dusting surfaces, desks, shelving and accessible areas Sanitizing high touch surfaces Restroom cleaning and sanitizing Kitchenette and staff area cleaning, including microwave interior Vacuuming carpets and rugs Mopping hard floors Emptying garbage and recycling Restocking client supplied products upon request 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟 & 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 Available for new clients, periodic deep cleans, tenant changes, event preparation and specialty projects. May include baseboards, vents, high dusting, spot wall cleaning, interior cupboards and drawers, appliance detailing and interior windows. Pricing is customized based on the size of the space, frequency of service and cleaning requirements. All cleaning supplies and high end equipment are provided. Move-In/Out Cleaning
A detailed top to bottom cleaning designed to prepare the property for its next occupant, landlord, purchaser or property manager. Reliable turnover cleaning designed to keep your rental clean, welcoming and guest ready between stays. Detailed cleaning for newly renovated or constructed homes, offices and commercial spaces, designed to remove construction dust and leave the space clean and ready for use.
