Residential Cleaning
Ideally for:

A basic residential clean includes:

Dusting Throughout: Corners, baseboards, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to remove dust and cobwebs.

Trash Removal: Empty all trash bins and replace liners.

Rates
We have a $125 minimum per visit. This is the starting cost for any clean. If the job is smaller than that, the price is still $125, and if it runs longer we charge our hourly rate beyond that.

Flat rates available for recurring services after a walkthrough and estimate.

A one-time deep clean is required for your first booking. It sets the perfect foundation for future maintenance visits.

We bring all cleaning supplies except a vacuum and broom to prevent cross-contamination between homes.
Rental & Move-In/Out

Landlords, property managers, and homeowners getting a property ready for its next occupant, whether after a move-out or before a move-in.
