Residential Cleaning

Recurring Residential Cleaning Includes • Dusting throughout (surfaces, furniture, fixtures, corners, and cobweb removal) • Sanitizing high-touch areas (light switches, doorknobs, railings, etc.) • Interior windows and ledges • Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture • Mopping hard floors • Kitchen cleaning (counters, sinks, stovetops, appliance exteriors, tables, chairs, and cupboard exteriors) • Bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, mirrors, and surfaces) • Trash removal and liner replacement • Light tidying and straightening of common areas Deep Cleaning & Add-On Services • Baseboards, trim, and doors • Spot wall cleaning or full wall washing (upon request) • Inside cupboards and drawers • Blind cleaning: $10/panel | $15 large panels • Interior fridge or oven cleaning: $35–$120 each • Bedding laundry: $10/bed (client supplies detergent) Service Information All recurring services begin with an initial deep clean to create the foundation for future maintenance visits. Weekly: $150 minimum Bi-weekly: $200 minimum Monthly: $250 minimum Supplies included • HST extra • Travel fees may apply outside Windsor • 24-hour cancellation notice required or a fee may apply

Airbnb Turnovers

Post Renovation Clean

Freshly renovated or newly built homes, offices, or units that need detailed attention and a finishing touch.

All prices are not including HST.
Travel fees apply to areas outside of Windsor: $15-$25
Cancelations require 24 hours notice or a $50 fee may be applied.
